Randy Agno
Founder, Architectural Designer & Engineer

Hi, I’m Randy.

If you are an Architect, Designer, Engineer, Specification Writer, General Contractor, or Window and Door Installer I speak your language.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering and a MBA.

As a long time Architectural Consultant for the building industry, I have worked for many strong Brand Companies: Andersen Windows (Architectural Consultant). DuPont (Building Science Specialist), Kelly-Moore Paint Company (Architectural Consultant), Masco Corp (Behr Paint) (Architectural Consultant).

I am a published author and have written many industry white papers, articles, as well as 2 books.

Additionally, I am a licensed Contractor in the State of California and have been established since 2003. I was even fortunate enough to work as a contractor for ABC Network’s “Extreme Makeover Home Edition” on the Cadigan-Scott Family Residence in Livermore California.

I cant wait to get to know you and your business, and I am excited to find out how Pacific Coast Energy Specialties, “powered by 8(a) associates contracting”, can help contribute to your ongoing success!

1296 Shotwell Street Affordable Senior Housing is the Mission

San Francisco’s Mission District has always been a supportive place for low-income and immigrant Latinos, but it’s now one of the most unaffordable neighborhoods in the country. In fact, 8,000 Latinos have been forced from their homes in the ast decade — that’s over 25 percent of this community. MEDA is using our years of experience to keep Latinos and working families
in the Mission District and help them thrive.

Johnnie was the first person to move into BRIDGE’s 1101 Connecticut in San Francisco’s
Potrero Hill neighborhood.

Johnnie lived in distressed public housing for nearly a decade before he moved into the first new building BRIDGE completed as part of the HOPE SF Potrero Hill Master Plan (www.rebuildpotrero.com). “I thank everybody for their support in making the transition,” he said. “I’m looking forward to building a future here and doing everything I can do to help grow our community.” We invite you to click on the video above to meet Johnnie and hear his story.

“I’m really glad that we didn’t have to move away.”

In 2019, Lisa and her family moved into 1101 Connecticut, BRIDGE’s first new building to be completed as part of the HOPE SF Potrero Hill revitalization–a comprehensive effort to rebuild 619 units of distressed public housing and create another 1,000 new homes with a range of affordability, plus community facilities, retail, open space, and neighborhood services (www.rebuildpotrero.com). “I love the community, I love the people here,” she said. “I’m really glad that we didn’t have to move away.” We invite you to view the video above and hear Lisa’s story.
