The Hotel Californian project, originally named Estrada de Santa Barbara is the largest commercial windows development project since the Santa Barbara Shopping Mall. Developed with Matt Construction.

The new housing developments at 88 Broadway and 735 Davis will respectively provide affordable units for families and for seniors in the historic Northwest Waterfront Historic District in San Francisco.

Berkeley Way grew out of a local need for affordable housing and supportive services in the transit-rich downtown Berkeley area and is located on a former City of Berkeley parking lot. The project aims to provide a warm and welcoming place for unhoused people to begin their journey out of poverty and homelessness, with dignity and respect.
