As the Owner’s Son I was destined to follow in my father’s footsteps. As the new CEO of Pacific Coast Energy Specialties, I will continue with the Legacy given to me.
Pacific Coast Energy Specialties was born to be a legacy for myself and my sisters. Growing up from an early age my Father Randy Agno, former CEO and Founder of PCES, would always share is success in business and later he would give me the “The Hand on Approach to Learning”, along with studies in Strategic Selling, Consultative Selling, Business Development, Life Cycle of a Project, and the Story Telling to validate our transparency and commitment to our customers.
As we move forward without skipping a beat, we will continue to service the A&E Segment with Architectural Services as it pertains to the products we stand behind, sell, service and install. We are there in the early stages of Design Development offering our experience in the commercial multifamily and affordable housing segment as well as the custom high end residential segment. If we help engineer, the fenestration we can offer real value to our clients that will not meet their budgets but will also offer sustainability and healthy products for healthy buildings.
Our future is exciting as we look to partnering with Photovoltaic Design and Implementation to exploring futuristic artificial intelligence that will enhance the products and services we provide.

San Francisco’s Mission District has always been a supportive place for low-income and immigrant Latinos, but it’s now one of the most unaffordable neighborhoods in the country. In fact, 8,000 Latinos have been forced from their homes in the ast decade — that’s over 25 percent of this community. MEDA is using our years of experience to keep Latinos and working families in the Mission District and help them thrive.

Johnnie was the first person to move into BRIDGE’s 1101 Connecticut in San Francisco’s
Potrero Hill neighborhood.
Johnnie lived in distressed public housing for nearly a decade before he moved into the first new building BRIDGE completed as part of the HOPE SF Potrero Hill Master Plan (www.rebuildpotrero.com). “I thank everybody for their support in making the transition,” he said. “I’m looking forward to building a future here and doing everything I can do to help grow our community.” We invite you to click on the video above to meet Johnnie and hear his story.
