The project aims to provide a warm and welcoming place for unhoused people to begin their journey out of poverty and homelessness, with dignity and respect.
Located at the intersection of 7th street, this project is considered San Francisco’s largest-ever supportive housing development for formerly homeless people. Langan first performed site due diligence services on behalf of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD).
